Details
Whipped (2000) is a hilarious comedy that follows the lives of three self-proclaimed womanizers – Brad, Jonathan, and Zeke – whose strong bond of friendship gets tested when they inadvertently find themselves all pursuing the same woman.
The film sets the stage with Brad, Jonathan, and Zeke engaging in their usual lifestyle of casual relationships and one-night stands, convinced that they have mastered the art of seduction. However, things take an unexpected turn when they each meet Mia, a beautiful and intelligent woman who becomes the object of their affections.
As the trio starts dating Mia, their friendship begins to unravel due to jealousy and competition. The once unified group finds themselves at odds, each attempting to outdo the others in winning her over. As they engage in a series of comedic mishaps and outrageous schemes, their true colors are revealed, and their overinflated egos take a beating.
Whipped delves into the complexities of relationships and the blurred lines of loyalty and trust, all while delivering witty dialogue and humorous situations that keep viewers entertained. As the story unfolds, audiences are left wondering which, if any, of these self-proclaimed ladies' men will eventually win Mia's heart, and whether their friendship can withstand the strain.
This fast-paced and lighthearted comedy is a must-watch for fans of witty banter, comedic misunderstandings, and stories that explore the dynamics of love and friendship.
