In the first story, a hardened police detective named Hartigan embarks on a mission to save a young girl from a sadistic pedophile. In his quest, he must navigate through a web of corruption and face dangerous, well-connected enemies.
The second story follows the tale of Marv, a brute with a scarred face seeking revenge for the murder of a prostitute he cared deeply about. Led by his instinctual need for justice, Marv engages in a violent spree, risking his own life to ensure the truth is revealed.
Lastly, there is Dwight, a photographer caught up in a dangerous love triangle. He becomes entangled with a seductive femme fatale named Ava Lord, and soon finds himself in the middle of a deadly game of deceit and betrayal.
