In the movie Defendor (2009), Arthur Poppington, an ordinary man, becomes a self-proclaimed superhero known as Defendor. Disguised in a homemade suit and armed with unconventional weapons, he roams the city streets at night in search of his archenemy, Captain Industry.
Driven by a traumatic past and a strong desire for justice, Defendor stumbles upon a young prostitute named Katerina and becomes determined to protect her from a dangerous criminal known as Dooney.
