Juan Garcia is a boy on the threshold of manhood living in a gang-controlled neighborhood. His role models could not be further apart: his older sister Angie, a single mom, struggling to gain a foothold in the white corporate world and his uncle Manny, an ex-gang member, who has fallen into an acting career playing gang bangers since his release from prison. With the future on his doorstep, Juan, like most boys, can only think of girls and is unaware of the judicial system's hard line stance against gang affiliation.

The year is 2016. The place is New Port City. The Tank Police are still waging a desperate war on crime, and their tactics are still highly questionable. Mayor Weatherby is trying to pass a bill banning certain weapons from the city, which makes her a target of the Dai Nippon Geiken Corporation, who are now manufacturing mobile weapons that even the Tank Police may not be able to stop. Dai Nippon Geiken is also connected with the murder of Leona Ozaki's former partner, Charon Ishira, making the battle all the more personal for the Tank Police's number one officer, who will stop at nothing to avenge her partner. But can she pay the high price revenge calls for?

He, who knows the waters as good as anyone, is not averse to making money on that knowledge, except doing anything even remotely illegal, which is why he tries to stay clear of Ortega, whose activities are always on the far side of the law. Arno is viewed suspiciously by the men of the area as a "pelican" and thus unreliable, while he, using his natural charm and good looks, is able to strike friendly relationships with most women. He is having an affair with Janine, the neglected wife of Jean-Pierre, a charter boat operator who routinely has flings with the rich socialites who charter his boat. Janine has fallen in love with Arno. When Arno ends their relationship, it is just the latest experience which makes Janine form a cynical view of life. The reason for the break-up is the return to Pirate Caye after being away on another island for three years of Coquina, an ethnic Irish lass whose family has lived in the area for generations. Never having left the Bahamas, Coquina is unwise to the ways of the world. Arno has always pined after her, and hopes to rekindle a romance with her. The day after a storm, Arno discovers that a yacht, the Pride of Chicago, has sunk, killing all on board. As he agreed to make a run into Bimini for the the Gavottes, the wealthy yacht owners, the day before, it a job which almost landed him in jail because one of the packages he was asked to retrieve unknown to him contained illegal drugs, he was on the yacht the day before and knows that it is replete with at least precious jewels probably still on the dead bodies which he could recover to begin life anew somewhere else with Coquina. Arno is reluctantly forced to join forces with Jean-Pierre, as Jean-Pierre has the necessary equipment but no knowledge of the wreck site, while Arno knows where the wreck is but doesn't have the elaborate diving equipment to do the job. Thus begins a tenuous arrangement not only between Arno and Jean-Pierre, but also by association Coquina and Janine, each who may have their own view of how they want the riches divvied up, and may use whatever means of deceit and perhaps even murder to get to their end goal. All the while, they have to hide their activities from any other interested parties such as Ortega, who they know is not averse to killing them to get to the treasures.

Now, Shockley and Malley hijack a bus and Shockley welds thick steel plates and transforms the cabin in an armored bus trying to reach the Forum. But they will need to drive through a gauntlet of police officers armed with heavy weapons.

Colonel James Braddock has a Vietnamese wife who was supposed to leave Vietnam with him when they evacuate. But she loses her papers and wasn't allowed in the embassy. Braddock went looking for her and her friend took the bracelet Braddock gave his wife and was in an explosion. When Braddock finds the body with bracelet, he assumes it's his wife so he leaves Vietnam. 12 years later a Reverend in Vietnam who was visiting the States approaches Braddock telling him that his wife is alive and that he has a son. Braddock doesn't believe him at first but when a man at the CIA asks him to meet with him, Braddock realizes it's true. So he tries to get them out. So he contacts a friend in Thailand to get what he needs. As they are about to leave, the CIA tries to stop him but Braddock gets away, gets his equipment and heads to Vietnam. When he arrives he goes to the orphanage for Amerasian children, where the Reverend works. He takes him to them and is surprised to see them and his son resents him cause he thinks he abandoned them. They try to leave but a Vietnamese Colonel takes them, he kills his wife and subjects Braddock to torture. Braddock escapes with his son, whom he says to go to the orphanage. The Colonel goes there and takes the Reverend and the children to a prison. Braddock then tries to rescue them.

Set in German-occupied Norway, this is an embellished account of the remarkable efforts of the Norwegian resistance to sabotage the German development of the atomic bomb. Resistance fighter Knut Straud enlists the reluctant physicist Rolf Pedersen in an effort to destroy the German heavy water production plant near the village of Rjukan in rural Telemark. In the process, Pedersen discovers that his ex-wife Anna and her uncle have also joined the resistance. British commandos dispatched to destroy the plant are killed when their glider hits the mountainside at night. An improvised raid by the resistance ends in the partial destruction of the heavy water canisters, but the contingency plans of Reichskommissar Terboven enable the Germans to resume production quickly. Pedersen wants to recommend to London that the Allies bomb the plant. Straud opposes him because of the potential death toll on Norwegian civilians and a fight ensues. They send in separate recommendations, and the air raid takes place, but it fails to destroy the heavy water. A Norwegian traitor gives away the resistance hideout, and Anna's uncle is killed. The Germans load the canisters onto a ferry for shipment to Germany, and the resistance rig explosives to sink the ferry in the fjord. As the ferry is about to leave, it is boarded by the widow and baby of one of Pedersen's and Straud's colleagues. Pedersen boards the ferry and organizes a children's game of "lifejacket" in order to minimize civilian deaths. The film closes with resistance members rescuing passengers as the ferry sinks.

THE NIGHT CREW centers on a group of hard up bounty hunters who must survive the night in a desert motel against a horde of savage border runners. They soon realize that their fugitive, a mysterious Chinese woman, is much more than she lets on.
