Shoot 'Em Up is an action-packed thriller set in an unnamed U.S. city. The story follows a man named Smith who finds himself in a dangerous situation when he witnesses a pregnant woman being pursued by a gunman. Reluctant but determined to help, Smith saves the woman and assists in delivering her baby, all while being fired upon by their pursuers.
Smith soon discovers that the baby is in danger and that a sinister man named Hertz is behind it all. Determined to protect the child, Smith embarks on a mission to uncover the reason behind Hertz's desire to kill the baby. Along the way, Smith finds himself in a bordello, where he tries to find someone to watch over the baby. However, things quickly escalate, forcing Smith and his makeshift family on the run.
As the story unfolds, Smith discovers a connection between the baby and a laboratory, gun factory, and even a presidential campaign. With time running out, Smith must use his skills and wits to ensure the safe deliverance of the child and put an end to the danger surrounding them.
